01 - General Terms
- Prices are subject to change based on demand.
- The use of my art for AI/NFT/ML or any related fields is prohibited.
-I reserve the right to reject any request for any reason.02 - PAYMENTS
- Accepted currencies are USD or BRL, payable via PayPal (usd) or Pix (brl).
-All payments are upfront and in full, no partial payments.03 - REVISIONS
- There are no revisions for skeb commissions.
- A fee will be added if you want something changed in the final drawing.
- If your reference is not clear, changes will incur an extra cost.04 - DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
-Workflow can be anywhere between 2-3 weeks. But the maximum deadline is still 30 days.
-You will be contacted through VGen for the commission.
-If any delays occur, I will contact you ASAP.05 - Copyrights and Usage
- Me, kim toruh (the artist):
- I reserve the right to cancel and refund the order at any time.
- I retain all copyrights over the commissioned artworks.
- I reserve the right to post the commissioned art online, in my portfolio, and in publications. (unless the client pays for NDA)
- You (the client/commissioner):
- You may upload the commissioned art to websites and social channels.
- You may NOT profit from the commissioned piece if commercial use is not included.
- You may NOT alter the commissioned art without my consent.
- You retain the intellectual property (IP) rights.
- You may NOT use the commissioned art for commercial purposes if commercial use is not included.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
I retain all copyright over my work, I am allowed to display it on my social media or use it as a sample. Re-selling my work without permission is prohibited.06 - Cancellation and Refund Policy
- The buyer cannot be refunded after I start working on the commission.
- If, for any reason, I am unable to start your commission, you will receive a full refund.
- If you cancel your order before I start it, you may get a full refund.
- If you are receiving a refund, do not request a Paypal and Vgen (if it's over there) chargeback.
- If you improperly request a Paypal chargeback, you will lose all rights over the commissioned piece.07 - warnings
- Do not trace my art.
- Do not edit/modify/change my art without permission.
- When using my art please include proper credit with a mention of my username ( Kim_Toruh ) somewhere visible, do not claim my art as yours.
- Commercial commissions may be used for any promotional or marketable content (streaming, MVs, merch) with credit.
